Warranty & Defective Items
Your Flashback clasp is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt. If you receive a faulty item (e.g., a broken hook or defective closure), please contact us via our website form. Upon verification, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, all sales are final under the following conditions:
• Change of mind or incorrect size selection.
• Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
• Any complimentary or promotional items.
Pricing & Promotions
Promotional offers and prices are specific to each sales channel and may differ from those on other platforms.
Final Decision

Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing Time
Your order is important to us. We require 1 to 3 business days to process your order before it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed Monday-Thursday will typically be processed and shipped faster.
• Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).

After Your Order Ships
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package's journey.
Delivery Timelines
The following are estimates for how long it will take for your package to arrive once it is shipped. These times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders).
• Domestic: 5-7 business days
• International: 7-20 business days
Please Note: The "Estimated Delivery Date" you see at checkout is calculated based on our 3-business-day processing time plus the shipping transit time. This provides a worst-case-scenario estimate to ensure we don't overpromise.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders shipped to Asia Pacific destinations. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
International Orders
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your region and the product weight. The customer is responsible for any additional charges, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

• Free shipping does not apply to return shipments.
• Expedited shipping is not currently available.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• Delivered Packages: Flashback is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbours and contact your local carrier directly.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our website form with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
